3. TATA MOTORS – Cabs & Cowl, World Truck Project at Lucknow, INDIA (From February ’08 to April ‘09)
This is 11 stage Pre-Treatment line and 5 stages Cathodic Electro-Deposition line; it also consists of top coat spray painting and coagulation system with scraper unit.
Notable Accomplishments
• Instrumental in planning & executing all installation activities of PT/ED and its Utilities, Spray Booths & ASU.
• Intensive role in commissioning of entire paint shop.
• Played a key role in installations and Commissioning of Utility equipment’s like Hot water Generator, chiller plant (240 & 160 TR), RO, DM and Softener Plant, Effluent Treatment plant (ETP) and Skid cleaning Systems.
