Preparation of Master / Three week Testing & Commissioning schedule.
Coordinate with SEC-CSD to arrange witness for Testing & Comm. Activity.
Execution and coordination of all testing activities with SEC & testing agencies.
Maintaining FAT reports and manuals of all relays, meters & equipment’s at site office as per SEC-Standard’s.
Coordination with Design Engineer for IFC drawings, Final relay setting & HOB signal list according to site priority.
Taking up the design related issues to the design department.
Preparing MNCR for material related issues to replace the damage/missing materials from supplier.
Execution of Protection related site modification work of 115kv, 230kv and 380kv Control and Protection panels.
Requesting for Vendor Engineer to carry out required Testing & Commissioning activity for SAS, PSE, DFR, SCADA, SOE, GIS, and Transformer Etc.
Maintaining test results for various equipment’s and handing it over to Client at Final stage before energization.
Cross verification of cable schedule received from Design before cable laying.
Working in live stations (up to 380kV) for protection modifications Under LOA & STW.
Scheme, Functional check & Trip test of Line Protection, Transformer Protection, Reactor Protection, Bus-Bar, LCC, BFI, PD, AC & DC panels up to 380kV.
Line Differential & its Protection END TO END test.

Testing of Current Transformers and Potential Transformers of various current and voltage levels upto 400 kV
Hi-pot Testing of HV Cables, Busbars and Generators.
Testing of Isolators,Earth switch , Wave Trap and Lightning Arrester up to 400KV voltage level .
Knowledge in Pre-Commissioning activities in Switchyard and GIS Switchgears.
Trouble shooting work handled in both switchyard, GIS Switch gear control relay panels.
