Summary
Staff the project control function in accordance with the project manpower plan, regular monthly updating of the manpower plan in cooperation with the project human resource department. Production of manpower and labor histograms and S-curves.
Responsible for profit & losses of the project. Ensure system is set up to record, track and evaluate impacts of change to main sub-contract as well as sub-contracts let to suppliers and sub-contractors in so far as time and money. Coordinate and prepare monthly progress reports to home office and executive steering committees. Develop and Maintain project control budget and profit expectations.
