My Experience is Instrumentation and Fire & Gas in the Pharmaceutical, Power Generation, Waste Management, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas Industry both onshore and offshore.
I enjoy a challenge and learning is always ongoing that's why I have completed a Masters Degree in Process Safety & Loss Prevention.
I have experience with a multicultural working environment were building team work is a very good strength for me.

The Existing site at KTL requires me to cover Construction by liasing with design engineers either onsite or long distance to find solutions to problems encountered I am also required to complete commssioning on the new Instruments into the existing plant by talking to Operations and scheduling realistic execution dates.Planning of the Job Packs and once of jobs are discussed with Operational Automation team for resource availability.
I represent TCO in all construction activity from Safety to execution of job so communication with Contractors and subcontractors happens regularly through out the day.
TCO Management team update is daily.

Develop Automation commissioning plan with resources such as ESD, DCS, F&G, SCADA, PLC, ICDS engineers and estimate durations for designated systems, regularly report progress to management.
Prepare weekly look ahead for responsible systems identifying work fronts available if ITR’s completed.
Identify Gas Plant Automation team and loop check team resources requirements to execute work within designated area. Co-Ordinate manpower requirements with Gas Plant Automation team and loop check team.
Assist start up team during the introduction of sweet and sour gas to plant.
Request additional resources when required.
Where required co-ordinate all necessary activities with other disciplines and relevant CDB groups to ensure efficient use of available resources.
Ensure permit to work adherence in responsible system area, act as FOD or PIC as required. Prepare permits and liaise with permit group when required.
Ensure engineers and all workers under their supervision follow authorised CDB guidelines: document numbering &testing procedures to ensure adequate system deliverable are available for system handover.
Review designated system installation P&ID’s, PFD, logic Flow Charts, C&E, description of control systems, system graphics and control system logic diagrams recommend corrections and modifications where applicable.
Ensure all changes made to system during commissioning have been reported via MOC process or automation change Management log and that affected documentation and procedures have been redlined.
Ensure procedures are 100% complete [all necessary signatures / witnessing completed], as far as reasonably practicable identifying any system deficiencies before systems Start up and Operation.
Daily update to Lead Planner and Coordination with other Discipline Leads for access to equipment and systems.
Provide adequate, completed documentation for system completion to CDB.
Create / organise electronic and hard copy system folders as per CDB guidelines & procedures.
Participate in management of change procedures within responsible systems: liase with MOC Coordinator.
Clearing Cat, A & B Punches for Custody transfer and generate of MOC’s, SQR’s, NCR’s, Red Lines, As-builts.
Assisting metrology with the removal of Instruments with help from Operations, Scaffold team, Electrical, Mechanical and piping.
Use of Coreworx, Intools, FED and LFM (Loop Folder Manager) for ITR tracking after latest revision from Zenator.
