I am an experienced International Chef and  Catering Manager who has worked in many different environments and countries around the world where I have a proven track record of meeting high standards of service whilst ensuring safe practice within the workplace. I am currently looking to continue my career in offshore industry. I am passionate about food and setting up food service areas as I have now done this on 4 new areas. I feel my experience of 18 years in the catering environment stands and within catering me in good stead for the Camp Boss/Catering Manager/ Chief cook opportunity.
