Engineering Design the DCS and PLC configuration for the Chevron Richmond Refinery up-grade project at Richmond Refinery California.
Support the construction at Chevron Richmond Refinery, resolving queries from the client, the contractor and the design office. Writing Construction Work Packs for Electrical and instrumentation.
Instrumentation Construction Support:
 Resolving queries (RFIs) from the client, the contractor and the design office.
 Writing Electrical and Instrumentation Construction Work Packs.
 Finalize the Instrumentation Design (any missing or not completed deliverables)
 Supervising the implementation of the Foxboro DCS, Triconex TMR, & Bently Nevada sys-tems
 Supervising the interface with the existing Honeywell TDC-3000 and TDC-2000 systems.
 Supervising the Instrumentation installation, calibration and wiring of the field instrumentation.
 Supervising Loop Testing and configuration of DCS, ESD and F&G systems.
 Supervising the implementation of the Telecommunications and SCADA system
