Planner & Scheduler Engineer for the execution of the Management Consulting (PMC) of a World-Class MEGA-PROJECT for the Cartagena Refinery expansion in Colombia (for Reficar, an Ecopetrol Affiliate), a huge revamp to the existing refinery from 80 kpd to 160 kpd. The simple conversion configuration was adapted to deep conversion, including new units like CDU, VDU, DCU, NHT, 2 Middle Distillate Hydrotreaters, modernization and revamp of existing FCC, HF Alky, Hydrocracker, 2 SRUs, 2 Steam Reforming units, SWS, Amine units and a new WWT.

 Established and controlled the schedule developed by contractors and worked in conjunction with contractor’s management/Lead to establish detailed schedules for all projects undertaken
 Created and maintained craft efficiency & productivity matrix and graphs and Analyzed against established schedules
 Prepared project management reports to reflect project status and/or corrective actions as was required for a project with a TIC of 8.2 Billion USD.
