Managed operations for 2 separate port locations with an initial emphasis of re-structuring the setup, training of local staff, sourcing and purchase of stevedoring equipment, and hands on supervision of all heavy lift and OOG offloads and transfers. Shifted to project lead for the transitioning, amalgamation, and storage planning of all BP in country inventories into the new RSB site. Senior Pentagon in house representative managing the transition team of 5 expats and 24 local nationals. In country logistics, supply chain management (identification, reconciliation, and computerization), automated warehousing (Kardex), site management, and BP Maximo auditing and implementation. Role expanded to include warehouse construction, layout planning, training of BP agency labour staff and supervisor of all onsite Sarens and ALE heavy lifts. Several commendations and performance awards received including an industry leading zero incident rating.
