· Leading 2016/17 Broken Windows program by prioritizing work and managing the 500K budget, increasing visual value of Shell for people internally and surrounding public community
· Participated in the 2017 leadership cost saving opportunity program reducing 3rd party spending by equipping operations and maintenance with tools encouraging minor maintenance and increasing onsite repair.
