· Routine maintenance PMC for Shell Manufacturing Centre DUCP (Dispatch, Utility and Chemical Plant) managing routine maintenance priorities and infrastructure projects with a combine budget of 20-22 million a year. Acting as the interface between all the different group across site (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection and Management) to maintain the asset running in safe condition.
· Achieved 2 consecutive year 2015/16 world-wide Shell reliability awards for the Sarnia IPA Chemical Plant.
· Leading 2016/17 Broken Windows program by prioritizing work and managing the 500K budget, increasing visual value of Shell for people internally and surrounding public community
· Participated in the 2017 leadership cost saving opportunity program reducing 3rd party spending by equipping operations and maintenance with tools encouraging minor maintenance and increasing onsite repair. Leading the installation of steam silencer to increase turbine utilization onsite and removing noise complaints related from community during operation.
· SAP super user for operations, coaching and teaching operators how to use GSAP to enter proper work requests and accelerating the maintenance process
· Supported emergency IPA pit stop as Maintenance Coordinator in Jan 2017, achieving goal zero and minimizing business impact with minimal cost and reduced timeline.
· Supported IPA Turnaround as night production specialist and TA coordinator Mar 2018 achieving goal zero, under budget TA and minimal delays due to uncontrollable weather conditions.
· Logistic Section Chief on call for EOC (Emergency Operation Command) since 2015 and RAT (Rail Action Team) trained since 2017
