● Prepare project submittals and related materials that are technically and commercially accurate and conform to established guidelines
● Verify project designs are sound and in compliance with all contract documents including technical specifications
● Serve as primary customer contact until customer acceptance
● Prepare project plan for sales order in compliance with agreed upon scope of supply and customer specification
● Review sales order documents and attend planning and review meetings to ensure scope of contract is clearly defined
● Create bill of materials to interface project deliverables with purchasing
● Coordinate with departments and Project Managers to meet scheduled task deadlines, maintain schedule for purchasing, fabrication, construction, inspection, start-up, etc., and prioritizing staff workload to meet goals; assigning warranty items to engineering staff
● Reviewing all applicable job data, including POs, project plans, specs, and providing comments when applicable
● Scheduling and conducting project review meeting, focusing on scope of supply, cost, construction, and project scheduling
● Advising Project Management and Project Engineers of project status while adhering to all appropriate policies and established safety procedures
● Communicating promptly with customer on project schedule and any issues relating to that contract
● Report any variations to management, including costs and problems which may change the forecast delivery, profitability, warranty of such contracts
● Perform start up services along with integrator
● Support all new and existing customers
● Provide technical assistance and travel to job sites as necessary
