Execution of USD 5.0 billion, 1.9 MMTPA dual feed cracker with HDPE, PP and LLDPE units in Greenfield project up to pre – commissioning/commissioning. Contracting feed for the project. Coordination with PMC, Process Licensor and design review. Lead a team of 400 personnel for preparing units for Operation & Maintenance (O&M).

Marketing analysis, sales planning, preparation of sales and pricing policy. Lead a team of 55 marketing personnel in 07 Zonal Offices spread all over India. Development of sales promotion and branding strategies. New product development and customer services for more than 2000 customers.

Headed 0.5 MMTPA Petrochemical complex with gas cracker, HDPE and LLDPE units from grassroots to pre-commissioning/com missioning and plant stabilization. Lead a team of 150 project personnel and transformed same into O&M team after project execution. Planning of production,grade development, de-bottlenecking and process improvement.
