Duties included managing all daily operations of an on-shore drilling company. This included drilling/service rigs, heavy equipment, logistics, safety and government compliance of operations. The position required sitting on board meetings as well as managing daily operations. I was signatory to all bank accounts.

Sr. Drilling/Workover/Completions Supt., Sr. EOR Production Supt., Operations Manager
During the years with SeaUnion Energy I worked several positions and several projects in Indonesia. I started in South Sumatra on the Limau project as the Sr. DWC Supt. responsible for 24 hour supervision and planning of all rig activities. Then promoted to Sr. EOR Prod. Supt. responsible for all operations of an on-shore EOR oil production field, including production facilities, rigs, all engineering departments, HSE, budgeting, and liaising with local Government regulatory bodies. During this period we planned, approved an executed a bio-remediation project to clean up a 10,000+ bbls spilled by a previous operator. The project was successful and under budget.
After this project ended I worked on a Due Diligence group to look at other projects. We were involved in an exploration field, Cahaya Batu Raja Block, in South Sumatra up until 2D seismic began, at which time another group took the project. After completing the acquisition of the Bula Block project I became the Operations Manager. This duty included the planning, monitoring and execution of all operations of an aging on-shore oil production field. Responsible for all liaising with Federal Government regulatory bodies. My annual budget was ~$15 million/year. Signatory to all bank accounts. During our operations, we performed another successful bio-remediation to clean up 100 years of pollution. This project was benchmarked by the Indonesian Government.
1995 – 1997 Orbis Engineering (Headquarters and NOWM in Sudan, Africa) Denver, Colorado, USA
Sr. Drilling Superintendent, Consulting Petroleum Engineer
Beginning with Orbis Engineering I was assigned as Sr. Drilling Supt. of a project with National Oil Well Maintenance in South Sudan, Africa. This involved supervision of Coiled Tubing well workovers and completions. Also, responsible for all field operations, logistics coordination and training of Gulf Petroleum personnel.
Afterwards, I worked at our Denver headquarters researching and preparing a short course on Under Balanced Drilling for the Gas Research Institute. Prepared Drilling Safety Manuals for all international projects. Prepared Field Safety Manuals for all projects.
1990 – 1995 Arco Alaska, Inc. Anchorage, Alaska, USA
Operations/Analytical Engineer, Production Engineer, Drilling Engineer
As an O/A Engineer I worked on full field production simulations/declines, pressure monitoring, corrosion monitoring/mitigation. I then became lead drilling engineer for the equity drilling program of the Point McIntyre field on the North Slope of Alaska. Included well design, AFE preparation, drilling budget and cost tracking.
Involved in design and execution of Closed Fracture Acidization in carbonate fields (Lisburne), also spider well completions. Onsite logging supervisor for well logging. Supervision of well stimulations. Onsite drilling supervisor for land based rigs and coiled tubing workovers.
