Track key metrics for continuous improvement in Engineering and Power plant Operation & management

Develop strategies and plan to reduce the energy cost so that the unit remains cost competitive. Execute business excellence in consultation with the head of B.E. and sustainability of AFOS business. Effectively supervised and documented energy intensity from renewable/non renewable sources, water intensity, hazardous/non-hazardous waste generation, CO2 intensity, Higg Index, WASH pledge, projects (material waste, energy, water, emission/effluent & EHS), LTI, fire incidents, near misses, environment incidents, and UA/UC).
