- Work with project management team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling ,cost estimating and project control
- Understand scope of work, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, procurement and construction, pre-com, commissioning disciplines

- Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using P6 version 8.2 base on manpower, equipments and materials availability, construction sequences, identify critical path and critical activities
- Work out weight factors and generating progress S-curve, resource histograms
- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member

other tasks:
 - Preparation of detailed Construction Schedule (P6), Progress Measurement System and Progress & Resources loading in the Construction
 - Prepare of miscellaneous reports for Engineering and Procurement stage of the project, preparation of miscellaneous reports for owner as per contractual requirements
 - Responsible for Construction reports for internal and to owner, responsible for preparation of Weekly & Monthly Progress Measurement System update/ S curves, attend weekly progress meeting and any other Owner meetings as required in the project
