Achivements
SMED. Operative change cycle time in Hot rolling mill piercing process was automated, and decreased from 25min to 10min.
JUST IN TIME AND KANBAN. 30% of old stock inventory was applied to process saving 30th USD in the first three months of the project.
KAISEN. $690Th usd SAVED in first year by leading a continuous improvement group for increasing the hot rolling mill tools lifetime.
RCM. Developing the FMEA methodology, and establishing the scheduled maintenance and best practices required, production line stoppages reduced to 0% regarding tooling issues. PROJECT ENGINEER. Crew member for the new rolling mill start up. Total production was increased up to 400th tons/year. International experience.
OPERATIVE ASSISTANT. I led a group of fifty blue collars and three supervisors, divided in three different shifts, with the objective of reaching daily production KPI´s.
