Having Vast Experience of Static Equipments (Heat Exchangers, Column, Reformer, Reactor, Boiler, Stack, Heater, Drum, Tank, Separator, Fin fan, Strainer, Different types of Valves, etc.)
Having well experience for different types of Catalyst replacement (handling) procedure (Sock, Dense, Uni-Dense, EO tubular reactor).
Having Experience of Chemical Cleaning for Heat Exchangers, Vessels & Pipelines also.
Have Turn-Around and Emergency shutdown experience at SIPCHEM, SAFCO, S-CHEM, SADARA, SADAF, AR-RAZI, SAUDI ARAMCO RASTANURA REFINERY, PETORKEMYA, IBN ZAHR, IBN SINA, TASNEE, SATORP, SAHARA, BAPCO.
Prepare Planning (Bar Chart) at bidding stage.
Making Material reservation or request as per requirement.
Method Statement as required for the special type of works.
Being focal point to client during all phases.
Prepare planning execution and resources loading.
Prepare daily progress report (Narration & S-Curve report) during execution.
Assist Project In-charge at site all the time.
Attending preparation/progress meeting with client.
Prepare site organization.
Coordinating with other departments and clients.
Coordinating with sub-contractors.
Prepare execution work packages for Supervisor/Foreman.
Allocation of manpower at site as per Schedule requirement.
Maintain Change order /additional works control sheets.
Maintain timesheet for additional work.
Prepare additional costing as required.

Review engineering drawings, bar charts & job procedures for engineering projects and coordinate construction of projects.
Handling day to day Plan & Turnaround Plan of BOILERS, EVAPORATORS, WASTE WATER TREATMENT, & SULPHUR FACILITIES Units.
Carries out daily routine site visit of plant & equipment to prepare /monitor the work plan.
Receive maintenance work orders and review related information in order.
Familiar with maintenance of refinery equipment such as heat exchangers, boilers, heaters, drums, vessels, reactors & towers, and re-tubing of exchangers.
Familiar with safety codes & practices applied in handling maintenance work in refinery & petrochemical plants.
Attends call out after working hours.
Use related softwares (Primavera & MS project) in planning, follow-up & control.
Prepare cost estimates of maintenance Work Orders, follow up to obtain approval. Identify priorities, material and establish sequence of activities.
Prepare scope of work, bar charts and critical path diagrams for major jobs / group of jobs and follow up.
Monitor actual cost of all maintenance Works Orders and justify overruns.
