Grinaker LTA transferred me from Zambia to Chile to help with the start of the new shaft. Successfully supervised 14 team members, was responsible for daily production of the shaft being sunk, team members Health and Safety. Actively helping the team with their self-development. Took responsibility in motivating the team to reach our targets as set out by Grinaker. The contract ended in October 2016.
