Develop, implement, communicate and maintain quality plans to bring the Company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements from clients
Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation
Bring together staff of different disciplines and driving to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures
Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC
Identify business processes, assign QCP's with the assistance of technical and project specialist and manage the quality assurance thereof
Agree on hold points and reviews for a group of business processes and manage the release or re-work of the technical work

Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means assessing
Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed
Ensure that all new staff is inducted into the requirements of the QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities. Provide update training as necessary
Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and re-evaluated and those records of this assessment are maintained
Ensure that an internal audit programme is adapted to verify that the QMS conforms to planned arrangements, QMS arrangements & is effectively implemented and maintained. Ensure that appropriate action is taken when this is not the case
Analyse data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources
Corporate SENIOR QUALITY INSPECTION ENGINEER
Interviewing the Contractor’s key QA/QC project personnel (e.g. QA/QC manager, seniors and engineers).
Ensuring that the QA/QC basic documents are being issued, reviewed and approved by Contractor.
Review and approval of project’s various QA/QC documents (e.g. Quality execution strategy, Quality plan, ITP’s, Welding procedures & qualifications, NDE & Work procedures…etc.) according to various American & European codes, SHELL DEP & MESC SPE specs and ADCO specs & amendments for different oil & gas equipment /applications.
Coordination with the Client disciplines (corrosion & materials, civil, mechanical, electrical, process, control… etc.) for different correlated site activities and document reviews.
Chasing and finalizing NCR’s generated by either Contractor or Client team.
Conducting site visits and supervision during the life time of the project.
Conducting various types of quality audits on PMT (project management team) and Contractor (e.g. post mobilization, construction, post construction audits… etc.) as scheduled in the annual audit plan, and as necessary.
Conducting Prequalification audits / surveillances on new Vendors and Contractors to join Client’s approved lists.
Conducting surveillance visits on Client’s approved Vendors and Contractors to check their compliance with Client’s quality requirements.
