It is one of Big 4 and multinational professional services audit firms. It provide assurance, tax, advisory, transactions and specialty services to businesses. Experience include working in 8 countries and managing engagement portfolio & executing numerous assurance assignments comprising audits, Agreed Upon Procedures (AUPs), reviews, internal control assessments, compilations, and fraud investigations involving banking, investment, mutual fund, insurance, other service, provident fund and non-governmental organizations. Currently, working as Manager at EY Mauritius and managing assurance engagement portfolio of 45 to 50 clients in Assurance Services.

• Maintain client relationships at all levels and present favorable impression of EY
• Review and evaluate engagement teams’ work with respect to: independence, planning, strategy, risk coverage, compliance with GAAP, applicable laws & regulations, tax, quality, documentation, and arrival at effective audit conclusion by deadlines
• Ensure quality of clients’ deliverables: financial statements, audit and other reports, engagement, management and cover letters

• Act as proactive bridge between EY, clients and teams for smooth service and resolution of technical and administrative issues

• Attending internal, audit committee and other client meetings and demonstrating leadership role
• Ensuring application of EY audit methodology, policies, use of IT and audit tools such as EY Canvas, Audit Analytics etc.
• Manage & achieve budgets, performance objectives and practice management activities like billings, event organization etc.
