(HGPI) and Major Inspection (MI) on heavy industrial gas turbines types GE Frame

gages, feeler gages, radius gages, and other inspection tools to measure sizes. Check
calibration as necessary, at use or at intervals specified by the quality system.
Leading planned and unplanned inspections for heavy industrial gas turbines such
as borescope inspection, combustion inspection (CI), hot gas path (HGPI) and
major inspection (MI).
Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings, P&ID diagrams,
engineering reports, technical information letters, and Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) operation and maintenance manuals.
Knowledge and experience in rotating equipment operation and maintenance like
compressors, pumps etc.
To review Mechanical work scope and provide feedback as well as any possible
recommendations in order to plan accordingly.
Interpret drawings, field service procedures and technical documents to explain
in detail the findings and proposed actions.
Work within the Field Service Support team providing outage planning and
support, leading quality and continues improvement processes.
Implement quality control procedures during disassembly, inspection, and
assembly of turbines and related equipment.
Adopted 5S & KAIZEN Program and its elements were being followed on a daily

as per Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
Provided support to NDT technicians as per RT activities
