In my position as QA/QC Manager I have covered a large spectrum of work and contractors, including Earth works / Civil works / HP / LP Piping and HDPP / Mechanical / Structural /Tanks / Road works / Electrical / Instrumentation / Coating / Insulation / Rubber lining / Exotic materials / Conveyors / Ball, Sag, Rod Mills / Crushers / Buildings, just to mention few as all projects have different Processes and equipment.
Actively promote and continuously evaluate the effective implementation of Company QC policies and standards in the support of the project. Manage site QC staff of assigned projects. Acts as the quality interface on project teams with Engineering, Project Management, corporate offices and client.

Define the construction Turnover deliverables in terms of QC packs.
Assisting in system walk downs.
Consolidate construction punch lists into system punch lists, and provide an auditable trail to ensure that all punch list items are captured, cleared and signed off for completion.
Ensure that the SCDB (System Completion Data Base) data capture clerks is receiving the correct information C0 & C1 & punch items.
Compile the turnover dossiers in sub-systems, and then into systems for final hand over to client (completion dossiers).
