1. EPC appointed a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to administer the Project’s HSE program onsite. The position of HSE Manager has “direct-line” reporting to the EPC Site Manager. The HSE Manager will monitor and enforce the policies and procedures set forth in this HSE Plan;
2. Submit incident/accident reports to project manager;
3. Ensure the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions;
4. Ensure that the work place is safe through proper coordination with site HSE Officers;
5. Ensure the implementation of daily site inspection rounds;
5.1.1. Establish project internal firefighting team, and ensure that all information (e.g. firefighting team personnel names, Personnel contact phone numbers) are communicated at all levels of project team;
5.1.2. Attend EHSL steering committee meeting with FMC EHS Manager and the representative of the other developers and contractors, ensuring mitigation measures required by the Project Steering Committee are put in place and follow up until resolution; and collecting and reporting to FMC EHS Manager that required KPI; and Plan, organise, participate, and conduct internal HSE audits.
