I offer my expertise and experience from the position as procurement supervisor ( Served as acting ISC manager ) to contribute to an official project of the United States Agency of International Development (USAID). The purpose of this program is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of health commodities in support of USG-funded public health initiatives around the world. My team supports health programs through the supply of a wide range of health commodities, including contraceptives, condoms, essential drugs; and select commodities for HIV/AIDS, malaria, maternal and child health, and infectious diseases.

Leading the execution of the procurement operation across all Task orders for Laboratory commodities and essential medicines. The operation is under the GHSC-PSM program, which is an official project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contracted to Chemonics International and its consortium members. Our roles is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of humanitarian aid and health commodities in support of USG-funded public health initiatives around the world. Supervising a team of 11 procurement specialists tracking requisition orders from clients in countries where GHSC-PSM has field offices, as well as non-field office countries.

• Supervise team of 11 Tender Specialists, including establishment of performance goals.
• Implemented policies, procedures, work instructions and guidance documents related to the Sourcing & Contracts function in GSC.
• Maintained staffing capacity to conduct Laboratory and Diagnostics supplies sourcing events, ensuring technical expertise is available to efficiently execute RFX events for selected Task Orders.
• Coordinated supplier selection and contracting activities for selected range of commodities, including all types of RFX events and contract types, leveraging GHSC-PSM MIS tools.
