supported Windows 7 and Windows XP (XP being phased out gradually). Office 2010 installed on
all machines. Was reponsible in initial roll-out project of user’s pc’s from WinXP to Win7 in November.
Worked with call logging system Magic and later Footprint which replaced Magic.

June 17th – August 16th ( 8 week contract) Dental Corportation, Lane Cove, Sydney.

Responsibilities
Part of a small team providing support and troubleshooting at the companies head office, Lane Cove,
Sydney and to co-ordinate contractual obligations between the various dental practices and their IT
