Summary

I am a qualified Civil Engineer, with 4 years good work experience mainly in building construction and water and sanitation projects. Responsibilities have centered on working drawings production, quantity & cost estimation, project supervision and monitoring, and ensuring that works are done to required standards, specifications and on schedule.
In addition, I have good work experience in taking field measurements, preparing Schedules and Bills of Quantities.
Computer literate with excellent experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD).
I am innovative, self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision and under pressure, and a very good time manager. I have great interest in infrastructure development and project management.

 Ensure that works are done as per design and technical specifications;
 Maintain Quality control & assurance during the execution of the works on site;
 Attend Occupational Safety & Health meetings and ensure site safety & health standards are adhered to by all site personnel;
 Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports & present them using Microsoft Excel;
 Reconcile quantities between design and as-built quantities & keep track of variations (project monitoring and evaluation);
 Verify, review & recommend contractor’s claims for monthly interim payment certificates (IPCs) before submitting to the Resident Engineer.
