Key Accountabilities and Achievements:
Ø Accountable for leading full project lifecycle for construction projects including planning; consistently achieving timelines, budgets and operational objectives and ensuring quality control and HSE regulations are met.
Ø Manage the plant, labour and equipment to achieve maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness; leading and coordinating a team of 20 project staff including 5 Engineers, 8 QA / QC Inspectors, 1 Survey Engineer, 1 Planner, 1 Quantity Surveyor, 2 Document Controllers, 1 Secretary and 1 Material Inspector.
Ø Maintain and update progress reports ensuring projects are delivered to timelines and budgets; being accountable for estimating materials, construction and labour costs, processing permits and licenses, managing the budgets and manpower, managing HSE and maintaining accurate financial records.
Ø Develop relationships and liaise regularly with the client throughout project lifecycle to discuss progress, mitigate risks, negotiate terms and ensure deliverables and client expectations are achieved.

Ø Accountable for overseeing the full project lifecycle including estimating the scope of work and total costs, creating and verifying task completion and performing inspections throughout construction projects.
Ø Instrumental in coordinating and managing all functions across multiple disciplines including MEP, Structural, Security and Factory operations whilst leading a team of 5 Site Superintendents, an Architect and a Planner.
Ø Supported the contractor and bid-review process throughout interviews and meetings.
Ø Oversaw the assembly and approval of change orders and lease attachments for buildings and signage works.
Ø Liaised with local authorities in regards to building permit approvals.
