In charge of a commercial development project for a joinery specialized in fireresistant
glazed closures. The goal achieved in 18 month was to gain 5%

Technische Set-up a phone platform using gsm/internet connection with a
capacity of 64 simultaneous phone lines to validate a technical feasibility study
for a capacity increase to 640 phone lines within a year with a target of 150.000
minutes per day (High Tec SPRL in Belgium, Telefree in Cameroun).

machines and 50 rapier weaving machines running 3 shifts on 7 days per week
with a staff of 95 persons. We developed a new curtains concept with optic
fiber weaved in polyester curtains and at the Trade Show HEIMTEXT in 2008
we won the innovative price in our field. With this price I was entitled to raise
French government money as “Prêt Impôt Recherche” and I got 300.000 € in
2009 and 2010.
With our new innovative products we were able to gain new customers in the
distribution of curtains on the French and Belgian market. In France by
LEROY-MERLIN (110 shops) from 90 referenced curtain products in 2006, we
grew to 390 referenced products in 2010, and by this time we were the first
curtain supplier from this customer.

ILAS team (International Location Advisory Services) I conduct for american
investors a feasibility study to locate a large refinery in a free trade zone
environment in Nigeria.
I lead a financial & technical audit for the EU Institution in Burundi. The purpose
was to control the use of the 50 Mio € program PREBU in school, hospital
wards, road and rural water supply reconstruction.
I conduct a technology transfer plan for an Israeli solar energy company in the
US and in Malta. With the E&Y expertise the company was sold to a German
Group for 380 Mio €.
Production Manager & Quality Engineer (USA)

delivery in JIT on the Chrysler SUV assembly line with up to 400 units per shift.
My responsibility was to prevent any possible shut down as back-up Plant
Manager during the night shift.
As Quality Engineer I lead internal audits and trained designated plant
personnel as internal auditors. I implemented QS9000 in 4 months and my
work was then honored at the headquarter for having performed the best
QS9000 certification in the entire Lear Corporation Group. I developed and
implemented strategy to improve productivity and achieve to eliminate
overtime by 50%.
