Senior Project Manager
Plan and manage the work progression with regard to cost, schedule and quality.
Planning the new order for fabrication, based on the complexity, availability of materials, estimated tonnage, date required by the Customer and terms and conditions of the L/C, integrates the project in the overall company schedule. Handle all technical and commercial matters associated with the project from inception to completion.
Assess and issue the requisition for buyout material Issuing a Requisition to Purchasing department to obtain quotations for items that are not stock items and issue tenders for the erection of the project.
Provide all the requirements for engineering to translate the requirements into instructions for production.
Coordinate with the plant and the QA/QC department and the third Party inspector to meet the client requirements
Communicate professionally and effectively with the client and Maintain constant awareness to ensure proper schedule and progress documentation to avoid claims.
Communicate with the erector and visit the site regularly to ensure proper construction methods are utilized and to ensure that all these methods of construction comply with project documentation, standards, permits and regulation.
Prepare Invoices for the client as per the contract and the payment terms, and claim for variations or defend against them if any.
Ensure that the Project is running as per schedule to avoid Claims from Clients and Defend the company from any expected Claims by Clients. Also submit Claims for due to Extension of time or Cost that might arise in any Project

Scope: Responsible for assessing the technical requirements of Low to
High complexity job activities & translating these Requirements into instructions for production.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Study, validate and prepare design documentation for assigned complex job activities for both Pre-Engineered & Hot Rolled Buildings Using International Codes
• ssiss and issue the requisition for buyout material
• Answer external & internal technical queries.
• Structural reviews of shop & Approval Drawings.
• Schedule and coordinate group job activities to satisfy delivery as committed to Customers.
• Ensures group efficiency and productivity
