Working for Qatar Project Management Consultant – PMC on Doha Underground Metro Rail in the capacity of Contracts Engineer, professionally a Civil Engineer with tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (M.Sc.) and Business Management (MBA), I have experience of 16 years plus in the field of Contract Administration & Management / Claims at mega engineering and infrastructure projects including power plants and commercial & residential developments.

I have been working in construction contracts during both the pre-award and post-award contract activities. During pre-award, mainly I have been involved in pre-qualification, tender documentation and evaluation.
