which consits in the production of prototypes per Quartal. The creation
of the programm involves the coordination with the Workshop to
coordinate their capacity and quantity of vehicles that can be constructed
per week according to the demand of the intern customers. As
a construction planer lies the responsibility of the list of parts of every
vehicle in the Construction Programm, meaning that every issue according
to the parts needs to be solved in coordination with daily meetings
with Logistics, Research and Development, the Workshop, and Quality.
At the end the vehicles need to be produced according to the deadline
provided with the intern customers

Prepare the construction plan of the Prototypes and support the
construction in reference of the quality of the parts lists and the deadline
of the vehicles settled in coordination with the intern customers,
Project Management and the Workshop. A daily meeting was done in
the workshop to receive the feedback of the builder for any issues in
concern with the vehicles quality. The issues then were depending of the
difficulty escalated in other meetings with Research and Development
who are the responsible of the parts of the vehicles
