In SKET Project Accountable for:
Prepared a Revised schedule for remaining 10% of the Project & to fix the new LD Dates by using Primavera V3 (Used P3 Software based on client’s requirement) for mainly Pre-commissioning, E & I, Insulation, Rotary Equipment Alignment & AG Piping Punch Clearing work.
Relieved the contractor from LD by Company, after showing the delay in critical path of the project by company through Time Scaled Logic Diagram.
Converted the Geographical WBS Schedule to Piping Sub-system WBS Schedule for last 10% remaining project, to have better track on the handover of each Piping Sub-systems to Client and to fulfill the contractual requirement of client.
Highlighting the delays by preparing Delay Analysis report every week, containing each discipline wise, ‘Each activity wise Earned manhours & Planned manhours and variance in terms of days, percentage & manhours’. Planned and scheduled the project by developing a Revised Schedule (level 4) in line with the ‘Contractual Requirements’ through the application of the Primavera P6 software to understand the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to different Disciplines of the project.
Preparing the Progress Measurement Sheet & Progress S Curves which will indicate the progress that the project makes at a given point of time which are reviewed at periodic intervals.
Preparing Manpower & Equipment histograms for all Discipline (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical-Instrumentation) to attain the project finish milestone on time, which indicate the Manpower & Equipment Requirement Program month wise (or as required).
Monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. And progress monitoring of specific Critical Activity on a regular basis.
