Position: Sr. Controls Engineer / acting as Controls Manager
- Develop the project cost control strategy and plan, inline with the company’s procedure.
- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure, including preparation of project forecast cost, and preparing monthly cost reports for the management with highlighting any potential savings or overruns.
- Provide consultation and guidance to the management for budget allowances and cost savings.
- Monitor and control scope changes and prepare revised budget that corresponds to the changes.
- Planning and scheduling for the project, including preparation of the baseline programme, and revised programme when required.
- Monitoring work progress and updating the programme. Prepare the required performance reports and give feedback to the management for the area of concerns and potential risks.
- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to
ensure Project delivery on time and within the budget.
- Managing and supervising Accounts, IT, Procurement, and Administration departments.
