• Compile short term programmes and if necessary compile recovery programmes in conjunction with the construction managers.
• Monitor all nominated and direct appointed subcontractors programmes.
• Draw up networks and reports necessary for proper monthly and weekly reporting to the client/consultant and company Head Office. Based on the actual site progress, report to the Project Director/Manager regarding critical activities that will have an impact on the project finish date.
• Attend all co-ordination meetings with sub-contractors and client/consultant.
• Co-ordinate and monitor all interfaces between design, procurement, construction and handover phases (close out programme).
• Prepare as built programme and monitoring there-off.
• If and when necessary compile programmes to substantiate or support claims.

Decorative finishes to all Front of House areas in the hotels with FF & E. Fit out of various restaurants with-in the hotels. Co-ordinate all work permits, method statements, technical queries, engineer’s instructions.

The project value is AED 500 Million.
In addition to the above project I was also overseeing planning engineers responsible for the fit out of the Mazagan Project in Morocco and the fit out of part of the Atlantis Hotel on Jumeirah Palm, Dubai. I was also involved in the tender planning for the Marina Bay Towers in Singapore.
