Provide technical support to Plant maintenance team during any major equipment / system break down.
Technical Studies for all below topics and updated in E-TSR system as applicable o Analysis of bad actors

o Strategic studies

o Reliability Enhancement 
Provide Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Technical support service for major non-routine job in plant. 
Participation in TAM committee during the preparation stage. 
During TAM, lead activities such as major instrument modification or any other major instrument activities. 

Develop the strategy to maintain the control System Healthy. 
Develop Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly report and cheat sheet for critical control system Regular review the plant engineer report for all control system 
Review and enhance the PM with vendor support for keeping the control system in healthy condition 
Conduct healthiness monitoring for all APC systems in SHARQ. In addition, monitor and maintain all hardware related issues and upgrade of the system.  Continuously work on APC system improvements, co-ordinate to execute new models proposed by plant operation, co-ordinate with vendor in troubleshooting technical problems. 
Review the obsolescence status for the control system installation base in plant, develop a continuous monitoring system, categories the severity level, review the available spare, and make necessary recommendation. 
Proposal for revamp / upgrade of the existing control system based on the severity of obsolescence. 
Cyber Security for Control System Analyze all SHARQ’s control system for cyber security Maturity level 
Develop the procedures to achieve and maintain the cyber security level for all control system 
Carried out the essential study to achieve the recommended and safe level in cyber security 
Execute and award the project related to cyber security of all system 
Develop the different strategy to achieve and maintain the cyber security required level and keep the all SHARQ control system safe at all maximum level  Communicating and support all control system vendors to keep the system safe and keep at maximum-security level. 
Preparation of section budget to include resource requirement, improvement projects and services contracts based on assignment, other expenses like membership for special institute etc. 
Develop New Strategy / Development Program whenever SHARQ Management highlights new areas for focus.
