My knowledge and experience in Logistics and Supply Chain would be brought to the fore of any organization or company I work with. An extensive background in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry i.e. on the job as well as academic qualification equips me to excel as a practicing professional. As an optimist, I am a team player, honest and capable of taking on any job without being overwhelmed.

My personal objective rest around continuous improvement of myself and my situation through education and career growth path through both traditional and non-traditional methods. Hence, it is important to establish financial stability in life through a progressive career and business ownership hence fulfilling my set objective.
To focus on contributing my utmost best to the organization or company by diligently working smart, pursue post graduate studies and other professional courses, attend seminars and training programs in readiness for the dynamic business environment, organization or company I work with and to exceed my employers and client expectation through sincere, motivated and dedicated services.
KEY SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Negotiation & Business Development Skills: developed while working with Deut Company Ltd. has aided me connect to equipment owners, trucks/vehicles and machinery rental companies in Ghana’s mining, construction as well as the oil and gas industries respectively.
Contracts Drafting Skills: also acquired while working for Deut Company Ltd has helped me drafted several contract documents in relation to Leasing, Hire, and Sales/Purchase Agreements.
Problem Solving Skills: developed in the course of working with Panafrican Mining Services Ghana Ltd. and Panafrican Equipment Sierra Leone Ltd both service providers in the mining industry in Ghana and Sierra Leone respectively.
Problem solving skills developed aided me in resolving the many problems related to procurement, warehousing, supply, tracking/freight, invoicing and payment issues with clients and service providers.
Organizational Skills: also developed in the course of working with the aforementioned organizations. This skill has helped me become deadline conscious thus working proactively to meet targets assigned.

Distributes resources and means to the logistics activity (human, technical and equipment)
Supervises planning for the logistics and procurement sector and defines priorities of operations to be done based on the Agency’s logistics logbook.
Produces delivery plans and routes for drivers.
Defines the program for all handling and lifting operations on the yard and delegates production to the dispatcher.
Monitors storage needs in liaison with the Project Manager, to guarantee that the equipments are available.
• Checks that transported goods and equipment comply with the Agency’s reference documents
• Ensures that work deadlines are respected.
• Cooperates with Customs authorities to verify cargo container content

Procurement and Transit:
Takes account of objectives in the Request Form (planning, suppliers consulted, and specifications) in the call for bids.
Leads in the search for both local and foreign suppliers depending on the enterprise’ needs.
Aligns bids with suppliers, technically and commercially.
Selects suppliers to be invited to bid, in compliance with the ORTEC Groupe’s Purchasing Policy.
Monitors transit of purchases made.
Organizes and checks the budget monitoring for the department.
Manages all staff activities in the department.
Undertakes to share good practices and work methods within the organization.
Health, Safety Environment Quality:
Applies the Agency’s HSEQ Policy and Goals.
Takes steps to minimize risks jeopardizing Quality, Safety and Environment.
