Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, resourcing, execution and supervision of the projects structural. MEP and finishing scope of works
- Provide technical support to all internal divisions like estimation, design and the procurement for the smooth progress of the work
- Prepare & review program of works and evaluate weekly job status by conducting weekly progress meeting
- Update the Planning Department for periodical invoicing to maintain cash flow
- Document QA/QC reports for all projects in line with company policy and site requirement
- Coordinate with authorities, consultant, client, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Organize & conduct weekly meeting with team engineers, follow up the progress in every project, and resolve bottlenecks
