Management of 180 resources (engineers, technicians and designers) with the support of 9 Department Managers and expatriates technical advisors which covers the major part of onshore engineering activities (Mechanical, Machinery, Packages and Furnaces, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Telecommunication, Piping, Material & Corrosion disciplines, Process, Loss Prevention and Commissioning). Management of projects systems, processes and guidelines for the complete ON SHORE projects development.

The management includes the following activities:

To Ensure:
- the preparation process for assigned bids and the preparation of estimates and cost quotations for individual projects maximizing their competitiveness;
- the availability of know-how, methodologies and resources in its remit required for the execution of relevant Onshore projects;
- the availability of qualified personnel for the execution of the projects, optimizing the effectiveness and operating flexibility of the resources assigned and the efficiency of processes falling within remit;
- the supervision of the implementation of methodologies, techniques and tools defined at Division level;
- the coordination of assigned engineering disciplines, technologies and commissioning activities, guaranteeing that the solutions identified are suitable for technical-qualitative requirements of single projects, both in acquisition and execution phase;
- the technical management activities for assigned projects guaranteeing, within the projects organization, the integrated development of process and specialized engineering and the achievement of defined targets for each project;
- the implementation of risk and opportunity and knowledge management methodology assisting the project management and providing the necessary technical competences/resources.
- Human Resources Management, Coordination & Development (annual salary review, performance evaluations feedback, individual development plans, implementation of proper training programs for the staff in line with each career path);
- Promoting the optimization of technical and work processes and the adopting of performance indicators;
- Customizing, issuing ON SHORE Corporate Procedures, Work Instructions and Standards according to the local business and engineering requirements;

Contribute to:
- the overall knowledge of E&C Onshore Division competitive positioning and evolution trends of relevant markets and technologies;
- the definition of E&C Onshore Division commercial plans;
- the definition of purchasing strategies for projects;
- the qualification of suppliers for technical aspects and to the evaluations aimed at choosing them for each projects;
- the continuous improvement of methodologies, techniques and tools defined at Division level.

Supervision and Technical Advice for all projects and proposals in PT Saipem Indonesia, in particular the following execution:

Increase Capacity of Jangkrik Floating Production Unit ON-SHORE Project
Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Installation (EPCI) CONTRACT (Man hours: 250,000; 0,5 bilion $)

The scope of work and services for the provision of increase of capacity for the FPU installed in Muara Bakau connected with the Merakes Site.
The EPCI shall include the performance of the following activities:
a) management and project control,
b) detailed and installation engineering,
c) materials and equipment procurement,
d) fabrication,
e) onshore integration,
f) onshore pre-commissioning and commissioning,
g) transportation to site,
h) installation of the Mooring System,
i) offshore hook-up of the FPU to its Mooring System,
j) offshore commissioning till READY FOR START UP
k) assistance to first start up in reimbursable portion
