Provide support, expert guidance and assistance to Management for all efforts directed towards improving the site’s overall performance in terms of Quality.
Manage the implementation of all agreed global and regional Q programs, with the assistance and commitment of the site management.
Maintain and improve the existing Q Management system in line with Corporate Q standards and requirements of Key Accounts (P&G, Unicharm, others Customers.)
Manage and facilitate communication with regional and global management on all matters pertaining to Quality.
Institute corrective action plans for improvement in conjunction with the site management.
