Summary
I have VCA-SCC Operational Supervisioning, IWCF-I Level, FOET (+HUET) and H2S certs, and also NEBOSH IGC and Italian RSPP; BSc and MSc in Geopolitical, Security and Safety Studies; I have "Yellow Fever Vaccination", on 31/03/2015, so I am medical fitted; HazID and HazOP Analyses expert, as part of team, for evaluation identification and action, on critical points.
Besides I'm at the moment under evaluation by IOSH and IEMA, and actually AffiliateIOSH Member, n.193940, and AssociateIEMA Member, n.0135032.
I have experience both, in following projects since contract requests (FEED), to delivery to final Client and to manage Corporate Department, in multisite and different Countries; I have direct experience in artificial island construction, from Hook-Up till Commissioning activities (D-Island, Kashagan Region) and Decommissioning/Dismanteling and Revamping activities on platform rigs (DP3/4 and "Sloug” FPSO Vessel, Bouri Field) or in desert (Zubair oilfield - following dredging, trenching and backfilling activities).
As Project Manager, I managed training matrix, I produced new procedures and adjusted the old ones to new problems, solving them; leading and co-leading SIMOPs on site and during meeting with Top-Management both side, Company and Client; preparing and signing PTW and influencing decision makers on right decisions; conducted internal and external audits following also OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001/9001 obtaining the ri-certifications by Third Bodies RINa and Achilles/FPAL, growing in the rank of 0.5 points per each section from previous Inspection Visits.
I speak Italian, as mother tongue, a fluent English (C2) and basic French and Spanish (A1).

In liaison with Project QHSE Manager conducting procedures familiarization sessions and training responding to training program requirements, operational and incident management needs.

As Project Safety and Environmental Manager, liaising with Rig HSE Managers and Their Officers, identifying and anticipating safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions and rendering opinions on new procedures and recommending preventative programs, throughout meetings with Client and Company Top-Management for problems arising during day-by-day ops, following the HazOp and HazID Analysis techniques; developing safety campaigns, attending to morning general TBTs and participating to team’s TBTs, developing safety systems, policies, and procedures, and train management and employees on rules and regulations; conducting safety inspections and investigating violations to ensure safety procedures are being followed and counseling managers and employees accordingly; maintaining worker training schedules and completing all required regulatory documentation; organizing and delivering 8- and 40-hour hazardous waste operations and emergency response courses.
Designing specific procedures, and implementing and maintaining them, to operate safely, during rig’s daily operations, without impacting with rig’s production and life, but allowing the dismantling and revamping operations took place regularly, achieving the results to complete the activities just in time, and reaching the goal of Zero Incident.
