Online Trading Manager
Deliver Online sales plan and contribute to the regular re-forecasting process throughout the year
Produce website merchandising strategy to ensure key products are prominently featured and cross sell and up sell opportunities are maximised.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify product exclusivity opportunities as part of the marketing calendar

Top line planning including identifying the building blocks, where opportunities lie to give direction to the Merchandisers to then plan and present back within their teams.
Plan at Category/Brand level with the Buying Director to submit a plan that reflects the best possible mix of product to deliver the KPI's
Attend business review meetings with the Buying Director and Brands, to review performance, agree new Plan for next season and identify where pressure points are to ensure best working practices.
Be responsible for the pushing of the department forward through proposing new and better processes, effective planning and be the driving force in implementing these.
