Summary

I have vast experience in the administration department. I have worked with several reputable organizations in UAE (Dubai), namely; Alshaya, Nakheel Retail (Retailcorp), Chalhoub Group and currently working in mSquared Hopping Centres. In the former companies, I have handled the following phase of administration; retail operations, projects, maintenance facilities and leasing.
• I had created and managed an organized relevant data using database applications to help the Management on cost control.
• Updated financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets for yearly evaluation and budgeting.
• Provides and implements systems with relevant methods internally and externally to assists and enable organizational retail operations and effective service to the management and retail team.
• Controls and analyses financial operational budgets (travels, maintenance and supplies) and produce relevant reports for yearly evaluation.
• Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by the General Manager.
• Manages day to day administration of the department like outgoing / incoming correspondences.
With my current post in mSquared Shopping Centres as a Leasing Administrator, I am mainly responsible for doing lease proposals and follow-ups until it is signed. Review contracts and comments if applicable to apply for amendments. Distribute lease agreements to the Tenants and follow-ups until it is signed. Managing the property budget and generates financial reports on a regular basis.
