Summary

A Competent electrical engineer with a comprehensive knowledge of designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components.

07 years on onshore plant, working on all aspects of Electrical engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance.

Conversant with both European Codes for installation and maintenance of Ex equipment in hazardous areas.

Extensive experience as an electrical engineer in operational support for switchgears and transformers up to 11 kV, Diesel and Turbine Generators, Protection relays, Motor Manager, UPSs (GUTOR, CEG) and Computer based Maintenance systems MAXIMO.

Has a good experience with the following electrical software packages: SeeElectrical, MiCOM Studio 1, WinCC, Step7, Proficy Machine Edition, SCADA system (Ftserver, Kep server, SQL Database) and Rockwell Automation (RSLogix5 & 500).

Role synopsis:
• Raise Management Of Change documentation document and formalise any engineering changes.
• Advisor for all Electrical disciplines in Operation and project.
• Support Maintenance planning team to develop maintenance strategy for electrical equipment.
• Manage the ATEX inspection programme.
• Development of the relevant National workforce through competency assessment and coaching.
• Validate the work packs for major work scopes and modifications.
• Contribute to technical, safety and failure investigations.
• Contribute in solving HVAC issues and validate modifications.
Responsibilities:
• Primary contact for all electrical engineering matters.
• Assures the integrity of all electrical systems within the project scope.
• Develops, maintains and ensures on-going compliance with systems and processes described within the Standard.
• Provides technical guidance on the application of codes and standards with respect to electrical engineering.
