Job Profile:
Generate Project Progress Reports like Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, Monthly Flash Reports and Monthly Progress Reports.
Preparation of Planning Package (Schedules, Resource Planning, Manpower Histogram and S-Curves).
Closely monitor all aspects of the schedule and report to Project Manager any deviations.
Prepare, Review and Update Look Ahead Schedules and Micro Schedules for Construction works.
Monitoring Resource Utilization – Material, Manpower and Equipment
Co-ordination with Client, Consultant, Sub-Contractors and In- House personnel regarding Project Progress & Project Planning/Scheduling.
Verification and Co-ordination for Certification of Sub-Contractor's Invoices.

• Have directly supervised fabrication and erection works for :-
Hardening and Tempering Furnace , Quenching Tanks, Loading & Quench Conveyors, Cooler Towers, Pumps , Piping and Pipeline, Vibrating Feeders, Washing Tanks ,Structural Shells , Heavy Structural Works.

Job Profile:
• Carrying out welding inspection of all kinds of structures, with the special interest in Heavy steel structures, Storage tanks, Pressure vessels, Nozzles, Drum, pipe walls etc.
• Fit-up Inspection: Inspection of the fit-ups in the in-process stage with respect to visual, dimensional and orientation compliance as per the approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspection of Site before Erection.
• Inspection of pipes in the standard of ASME B31.3 and B31.4 SEC IX and creating the report.
• Dimensional Inspections of Materials and Jobs.
• Understanding the Production Drawing and Conveying it to the Technicians.
• Good Knowledge in Heat Treatment Method for High Grade Materials.
• Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirements of all qa/qc works.
• Documentation: Preparation of different types of documentation, inspection formats NDT Reports, Final Inspection Reports, Calibration Records, and Welder Performance Certificates etc. (MTC, Visual/Dimensional Inspection Reports, Weld Map, WPS/PQR/WQRT and NDT Reports)
• To Check the Fit up Stage Prior and Confirm the root gap ,offset, Bevel angle are within acceptance limit.
• Various Non destructive inspection techniques in accordance with ASME Sec V like Visual inspection, Ultrasonic inspection, Radiographic inspection, Liquid Penetrant inspection, Magnetic Particle inspection, etc.
• Good Knowledge about Inspecting pipes in the standard of ASME B31.3 and B31.4 SEC IX and creating the report.
