Summary

Almost all of my job objectives are about preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance system achieving highest availability and reliability with reasonable expenses\cost since I was graduated. Starting join in established intergrated maintenance system in after sales division of automotive company than building and implementing a fleet maintenance system at last adaptive and improvising established maintenance system in preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance on various functional and prestigious of vehicles. Supported by knowledge, expertise, experience and leadership capability which able to building, implementing, maintaining, evaluating than improvising an integrated maintenance system and team to achieving target effectivelly.
My recent job function as foreman or leader of tug boat (2 x 650HP) maintanance and repair who have a responsibility to maintaining engines, machine and all equipment in tug boat even sometime including minor repair in 270 feet lenght of bulk cargo barge hull construction to achieving highest mechanical availibility and reliability of coal hauler through Barito River, and I also deligate being a field leading or supervising of heavy equipment maintenance in Coal Barging Operation when the leader/supervisor in field break. I often supporting maintenance planner, spare parts inventory, made a technical report for presentation to company's directors, which it match with my education background, trained and previous experiances in leadership, maintenance management, workshop administration, customer communication and relationship, spare part. As you see, my work experiences were different with my education, which proved I have willing and strong self motivation to learn and work hard.

In June 1999, I decided to continue study in Naval Architecture equivalency program from 3th year diploma degree to accomplish bachelor degree .
By my mistaken, I was drop out from university because I exceeded the specified study time limit, but I fulfill all subjects of course or equal with 66 credits of 71 total credits.

In naval architecture, I studied a ship design and construction with subject are below :
Ship hull design and construction.
Ship hydrodinamic.
Ship stability and dynamic motion at sea.
Ship building and erection method.
Welding.
Vibration theory.
Corrotion engineering.
Ship construction strenght.
Hull and mechinaries inspection/survey by taking job training in American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).

Final Assignments Project :
Measurement and Analysis of Dynamic Ship Motions (Pitching & Rolling) using Echo Sounder Equipment (Include making the calculation of dynamic ship motion at sea base on computer application software as experiment result validation).
