Awarded the position of Command Warrant Officer for the Flag Officer of Scotland Northern Ireland & Northern England and appointed twice as a Regimental Sergeant Major. Career achievements were the appointment of Regimental Sergeant Major at the London 2012 Olympic Games. Planning and initiating security and safety to the population fulfilling the leadership, logistics, discipline and welfare of 4,000 troops.
