Formulate operating procedures, monitor process equipment, reduce commercial losses, administer project handover, and lead plant maintenance.
Demonstrated expertise in commissioning, start up/shutdown and planning, along with systems and vessels operations onshore and in the North Sea and FPSO international locations.
Lead Brownfield and Greenfield onshore projects with a focus on qualitative outcomes. Promote safety culture within the organisation and field. Training and mentoring of international and local national staff.
Articulate and refined communicator, easily engaging and strong rapport at all levels.
Production Operations Technician
Coordinating the implementation of plant preparation for Maintenance activities as per operational procedures
Implement the isolation/de-isolation, leak testing and safe return to service of plant
Carry out first line maintenance (eg. replacement of gauges, equalising DP cells, replacement of valve handles, greasing etc.) and conduct assigned preventive and corrective maintenance
Assist with ensuring a safe system of work for all activities in process areas through the Safe Work system and perform Safe Work/Control of Work related roles as defined in Client procedures
Raising of accurate notifications and work orders, including close out with adequate and accurate history
Participate in the investigation and reporting of accidents & incidents and provide corrective actions as appropriate
Complete handover and commissioning of process and utility systems offshore as required
Ensure preservation process is performed correctly and ensure essential maintenance is carried out during post commissioning and handover of plant and equipment
