electrical inspection installation maintenance technician

I have served as Lead Electrical Technician with the Wood Group, Equatorial Guinea and various locations in the North Sea. I am currently employed by Aker solutions on the Solan project My key responsibilities across my career span have included various onshore and offshore projects including Industrial and domestic systems, mining, fire and gas systems, commissioning and testing. Inspector of electrical instrument and telecoms equipment in hazardous areas.
During the years of my service, I have acquired in-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code and my familiarity with high voltage terminations and electrical schematics is up-to-date. With a strong belief in preventive maintenance, I would be able to ensure an accident free environment and provide safe electrical solutions for my clients.
Since my interest lies in preventative maintenance, I am involved in testing and inspecting electrical equipment following established guidelines. My electrical training has provided me with great insight into overhauling, repairing, modifying and manufacturing electrical devices. Additionally, I am comfortable working with electrical circuitry and components . I can work on complex projects with a focus on ensuring both predictive and preventative maintenance.
My strongest attributes include identifying unsafe electrical situations, installing wiring systems and managing other electricians. Furthermore, I easily manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritise workloads with keen attention to detail.
Throughout my tenure, I have delivered high-quality work and have completed all projects within established schedules. I believe my level of expertise is appropriate for the role of an Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Technician, Electrical Commissioning QA/QC Inspector within your organisation.
