• Directly reporting to immediate quality control in-charge assigned in the project.
• Witness/evaluate on stream (on-line) cold/heat insulation demonstration by insulation contractor.
• Stage wise supervision of surface preparation and painting, wrapping, & coating, hot, cold and dual insulation.
• Inspection of storage tanks for cold insulation like Proplylene,Propane and Butane Tank.
• Carry out Insulation for PUF Insulation like straight ,comprise and volume density and thickness
for insulation product.
• Monitor and executes quality related issues guided by approved Project Quality Plan and other approved construction documents/references for other like SSPC (for painting), Pip (for painting
and insulation, ASME, ASTM and Aramco standard.
• Interface with Client Project Representatives, Project Management Team, and
Vendor/Manufacturer Representatives regarding quality control issues.
• Generates RFI’s timely and appropriate to items to be inspected.
• Assures that documents are approved, reviewed and available at site prior utilization of materials, equipment’s, and other construction paraphernalia’s.
• Responsible for inspecting and monitoring painting repair works
Carrying out inspections as per QP and ITP and issuing nonconformance.
• Closes out generated NCR’s, SR’s, QCIR’s base from justifiable and executed actions/recommendations by Field Operation Groups.
