Supporting EUCOM/AFRICOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) efforts, specifically Kelley/Patch/Panzer Barracks, Ramstein Germany; Molesworth England, NSHQ SHAPE Brussel, and NSA Naples, Italy. Significantly lessen risk, often by adhering to a policy of open communication, ensuring every significant participant has an opportunity to express opinions and concerns. Proficient in use of project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, to organize tasks and workforce. These software tools allow me to produce reports and gantt charts. Define the scope of new project, planning and sequencing, and is able to create a POAM schedule. Performed and executed estimating ensuring a tight budget is managed. Performed and executed key documentation for stakeholder during and after weekly in‐depth detail briefs on ongoing project. Manage risk and ensure all stakeholders are aware of all potential risks that pose a threat to the project. For these and other numerous projects, led multidisciplinary teams of up to ten contractor personnel, sub‐contractor, utilizing System of Systems Engineering (SoSE) methodology to integrate new and legacy infrastructure.
