An outstanding career in Industrial Health, Safety, Environmental and Emergency Response with experience across most all sectors of the petrochemical and Oil & Gas industry, which include upstream, mid-stream, and downstream operations. Experience also includes green-field, brown field projects both onshore, and offshore. Joined NPS as Well-Site Senior Safety Specialist to manage all HSE aspects of an LSTK contract award by ARAMCO for a 70 well, well-testing campaign. NPS has provided all facilities and man-power, equipment and H2S detection equipment to deliver a safe project. Assist management in developing the crew safety culture here in the yard as well at the well-site. I’m personally responsible for developing well site specific H2S contingency plans for each well, as well, conducting H2S drills and emergency response exercises. Well-site layout of all safety related equipment “go, no go zones”, signs and barricades. Primary contact for all HSE matters for NPS and ARAMCO HSE Department, JSA’S, TBT’s, method statements, incident investigation and risk management. Support employee participation in NPS STOP program, perform audit and weekly inspections of the well-site. Strictly enforce ARAMCO’s ZERO spill policy ensuring the well-site is in as good a condition as when NPS equipment arrived onsite.
